TITANGRINDER is designed in the Republic of San Marino, where there’s a high-quality industrial technology. Numerical control machines carry out the production of the housing and other components with great precision, so that the assembling becomes very accurate, the sliding of the bearing rail also have minimum tolerance and solid blocking.
The new belt tensioner lever is controlled by a gas strut that allows a constant stress on the movement.
Every component is made out of carefully selected high-quality raw materials: Fe370 drawn steel which is electrogalvanized; pickled metal sheets that after being processed with epoxy powder coating become very resistant.
The process makes possible to have control and check constantly the quality of the production.
The electric componets too are accurately choosen: such as good quality electrical motors or the 3 years guarantee TOSHIBA inverters; eventually, the final product is tested with meticulous attention.
